Los Angeles and Santa Monica, California (PRWEB) April 1, 2008 — Los Angeles orthodontist Dr. Atoosa Nikaeen recently introduced new communication software to her practice that is designed to increase interaction among her patients and her practice. T.LINK by Televox is a system that provides efficient online and e-mail communication.  The software is used in Nikaeen’s office to send patients personalized, automatic appointment reminders, newsletters, cards for birthdays and other holidays and event announcements via e-mail, Nikaeen said. There also is a text message option available. Nikaeen’s staff also used the software to create and manage office and appointment schedules online. Patients can even view their account information online.
